is it helpful to install one? does this cause the weight distribution in cornering to stop such as the bar twisting in order to transfer weight to the rear opposite tire? if so bad investment..im not stupid just confuzed

What are you confused about? Where it installs on the car?
It benefits the handling of the car in turns and straight aways, and prevents stress cracks behind the steering box. When I installed one on my car, I could instantly tell a difference. Just get one!!!

It doesn't CHANGE anything. It just keeps your front 'frame' from being bent and cracked by it's own weight under loads(i.e. hard turns).
JUST GET IT AND PUT IT ON! That'll answer your question better than anything. And you'll agree with us it should have been there from the factory.
