sway bar bushings
I picked up swaybars off of ebay from a 86 TA to go on my RS Camaro. They are a 36mm/23mm combo. Is it better to get hard rubber or poly for them. Where can I get poly, I looked around and couldn't find much. This is my DD so ride quality has some input as to which is better. Does poly on the sway bars really affect ride quality in the straight line? I do need endlinks also. None of the auto stores around here had the right size for the sway bars which surprised me. What are the sizes in inches also.
Thanks

Re: sway bar bushings
Poly doesn't affected ride quality but really make a difference in how the sway bar reacts.Energy Suspension doesn't make a 36mm bushing as far as i know.Check with Lon at TDS(TGO sponsor) for the bushings, and backets if you need them also.He carries the end links also or you can purchase the ES from a local supplier as they are same front and rear(and bar size doesn't matter).

Re: sway bar bushings
I found the sizes I need. The sway bars are just a rare size I guess. Not many sites had anything for 36mm/23mm combinations. Ended up finding a bushing kit for the rear on summit and the bushings for the front from spohn. 36mm bushing are alot more expensive then other bushings.

Sounds like it might be too late for you, but for anyone else looking,
the Guldstrand bushings are half price of Spohns and fit into stock
brackets.
