Any pics of a 3rd gen with 17" wheels and a mild drop?

This may have been asked millions of times and I did a search w/little luck. But does anyone have pics of a 3rd gen Camaro or Firebird with 17" wheels / tires and a mild drop?

I'd like to see what the cars look like with almost no fender/tire gap and the wheel tucking the wheel arch.

Any steering issues?

there are TONS, just do searches for ZR1 wheels, C6 vette wheels, C5 vette wheels, Z06 wheels, etc etc

heres my favorite pattern tho, mildly lowered car. C6 vette wheels

I dont think that qualifies as a "mild" drop on a thirdgen.... They have pretty big wheel gaps to begin with. Unless im thinking more extreme than you meant...

Here is mine with 17" WS6 wheels, and the Eibach Pro-Kit. Thats supposed to be a 1.0"/1.0" drop. I got a tad more because my springs were used and broken in. Anylower, and my exhaust/air dam would suffer on the roads around my house.

My 89 RS with replica 17" C5 Z06 wheels on cut WS6 springs, about a 1" drop. Looks less due to a 1" black rubber molding around each wheel well.

Re: Any pics of a 3rd gen with 17" wheels and a mild drop?

17 x 9.5 " wheels with stock WS6 springs, cut half a coil due to the loss of 156 pounds of weight on the front.

Hooker long-tube headers, T56 transmission, custom, hand fabricated Y-pipe. I did manage to scrape a collector on a rather bad bump on the interstate just south of Bowling Green, KY. Other than that, no other clearance problems. There's 3.5 inches between the ground and the header collectors.

This one is, I think, where we were braking hard. I cannot say for sure, but there is a lot of weight transfer with the decoupled torque arm suspension.

figured he use the pics for comparison purposes. my 17" wheels made my ride higher and it had more wheel gap. a drop is a must!
