Im just looking for more pics is all. I still have to pick up the adapters but im looking for mostly 4th Gen ive seen alot of vette swaps those would work to..

Pics don't come up easy. Anyone dismissing 85 as lazy, think again.
I spent HOURS a couple of weeks ago, and got this and that, but not many useful pictures. The search feature picks odd words to respond to and brings up a LOT of slop.
For example, I did not see any of the 10 spoke, 2002 wheels. Most of the cool wheel setups I have seen have been in regular reading, the hours of searching were mostly a disappointment.
SO, post those pics.... and thanks from me too.

Why thanks for not calling me lazy. LOL. I did find several Vette wheels like the C6, Z06 but I am really looking for mostly maro wheels. I guess you were brave to reply. 30 views and no replys guess we all know its true.

I just recently bought me a set of 10 spoke 2002 SS wheels. I had been looking for Z06 wheels but I got them at a decent price and they were 17's which was mainly what I was looking for. I don't have tires yet so they're not mounted on the car otherwise I would post some pics. I have seen a few cars on here that have them but not many.

Wheels or specifically 4th gen? Those are the only 2 4th gen wheels that have been on Knocker.

This is my car before i bought it, pic is about 4 years old, right before she sat outside in mass for a year before i finally saved her. I didnt get the wheels in the deal though, but i have been lookin for a set ever since.

Those are interesting Viktor. I know they're your play wheels (or Chads), but I thought the twisted 5 spokes would have looked better (IMHO) on a third gen. I do really like the look of the C5 wheels on your bird tho.

I did not like the look of the twisted 5 spokes, they were just functional. I am currently selling them, back to using 3rd gen wheels for auto-x

 

C5Z06 wheels on my thirdgen with 2in wheel spacers all around


275/40/17 on all four

 

Put these on a few weeks ago. 2" adapters all around with an additional 1/4" (just used the factory spacers from my original wheels) up front to keep the wheel weights from hitting the spindles

 

Ha...the 4th gen Camaro wheels look much better on a gen 3 Camaro than they do on a 4th gen. But my vote goes to the Vette wheels, that's sharp looking. The Vette wheels look like the same color silver as the bottom of the car. Very nice looking.

 

Not to take away from your Firebird on the Vette wheels......but WOW look at that 77 Monte Carlo!

 

Funny thing is that all these wheels look better on a thirdgen than they did on the cars that came off of.

 

Well that's just be cause we like the 3rd gen cars better, if not we would be on a different forum.

 

Third gens are pretty far down the list of cars I like. It is just the one car that seemed to stay in my possession all these years, that's all.

As far as thirdgens go I like what I've got, that's for sure.
