Whichever is round instead of boxed will be better.

I have the adjustable Spohn's w/ poly/spherical combo and Spohn relocation brackets. The car transfers weight A LOT better than before. I'd recommend these parts.

Lakewood (from jegs) are very cheap (80 bux or so) and built tough.

Don't get the traction...action bars though, the mount tears after 100 miles or so.

how can they not have welds? welds are needed for support, and if there are no welds then they must be cast steel. I think they do have welds.

I love my hotchkis LCAs, and would recommend them to anyone. All nonadjustable LCAs are going to be pretty much the same(aftermarket at least). However, I would think adjustable ones would be better, especially if relocating brackets are in the works. I don't know how strong these would be though, it seems like the adjustment screws would bend over time.

Welds are ground off,but they are there....
I have the Lakewoods, very inexpensive, but as good as most of them.
The ones with the spherical steel bushings are the best, but are also most expensive and noisiest. If you're gonna autocross it or drive it on a track at all, get the best you can afford. If it's just your daily driver, the Lakewoods offer big improvements over stock for cheap.

my fault, sorry for my mis-wording.

i meant to emphasize the one piece integral boxed structure, as opposed to the 3 piece welding seen on the tubulars (round) use as do lakewood's. although i have nothing against lakewood LCA's i was on the verge of buying those as well.
