Take a cresent wrench and adjust it to fit tightly around the sway bar, pull it off and measure in between the jaws of it and thats your swaybar size.

You can also convert your measurement around the bar. 4.75 comes out to a little over 36mm. I would guess you have the 36mm bar.
4.75 / pi * 25.4

------------------
350 with stealth intake, holley carb, 470 lift cam. 700r4 with .5 boost valve, vette servo, tci lock-up kit, B&M megashifter. Richmond 3.73 gears, powertrax locker, timkin bearings, synthetic lube. Custom 3 inch single into 2 2.5 pipes. 1 1/2 drop springs, 1 5/16 solid front sway bar, 1 inch rear bar, custom subframe connectors, custom LCA relocation brackets. Kobel ground FX, currant red metallic paint. Lots of other stuff...

It means you have the biggest stock bar the factory produced. Most people are satisfied with the performance they get with a bar like yours.

The sway bar ends should be level, when the car is sitting on a flat surface. If it is bent, the car will sit lower on one side. You should be able to determine this simply by measuring the distance from the top of the tire, to the fender lip. They should be equal. (within a few 10ths, anyway)
