Re: Front wheel bearings
has it always done this? Check the driveshaft.
Has it just started this? Very closely inspect your tires.

Re: Front wheel bearings
Take it to a properly equipped shop.
FYI on wheel bearings- when they start to go, you'll notice noise a lot more than feel. It's rare that they'd cause a vibration until they're REALLY gone.
Suprised noone has asked-
Can you describe the vibration? Is it a lateral (side-to-side), longitudinal (front-to-back), or vertical? Do you feel it in the steering wheel as a shimmy? Do you feel it in your butt in the seat? Feel it through the console/shifter? Is it accompanied by any noise? You mention a specific speed- I assume you've changed gears at that speed and the vibration is pretty consistent? You mention rebuilding the front end- did that change it at all? Did you replace ALL the parts?
If you are NOT feeling it as a shimmy in the wheel, I'd look somewhere other than the front end.
Since we're all throwing out suggestions though (and I don't want to feel left out), bent axle flange?
