Tough call on the power levels. He's basically running a 350 with a zz4 cam and worked over vortec heads. A stock zz4 only makes 355 hp with a carb setup, running 10.1:1 compression. So I doubt that it makes 375 hp with a tbi setup. Plus he has never dynoed it to prove the power. So it's probably an estimated guess. It looks like a nice setup though, I would run a holley 670 tbi on it and get rid of the gm tbi intake and put on a rpm air gap intake or something equivalent.
I saw that puppy on ebay myself and fell in love. It does look like a pretty setup but I agree with 89fastlookinrs. He should put some dyno specs up to validate his claims. It would look good in the car.

It's the ZZ4 cam, so it is hydraulic roller. The engine seems like a pretty nice set up, and $2,500 is not bad at all for a long block with those internals and power numbers. Realistically speaking, I'm not to confident it's really kicking out the 375 hp he's claiming, especially w/ a two barrel tbi, but there should definetely be some good power. And the only reason I doubt the 375hp is because, as far as I know, it has yet to be proven with a 2bbl tbi. IMO, even if it's only going to get you 330 hp, it's a pretty good deal considering it comes with the intake and hyd. roller cam, and machined heads. Just my $.02

I asked him, he said it is emissions legal.
Isn't there like some sort of Vortech kit I would need though to put this thing in and be emissions clean? I don't think my stock stuff would transplant over.

Come on guys, I'm seriously thinking about purchasing this thing. Is there some sort of kit I'll need to make my current emissions crap work with the vortec stuff? How does it translate to everyday driving (mpg etc)?

Well, The air tubes from your exhaust manifolds are outside the actual long-block there, so thats ok, and I believe that the intake has all the stuff for EGR and what-not. And the heads have all the accessory bolts for running a smog-pump setup; though I don't recall where the smog pump straps on to. Check the cam too, I took a glancing look but didn't really think of analizing it. If I remember right, if you have enough over-lap you don't need to run an EGR. The guys at Chevy Hi Performance have a 350 under a computer-controlled quadra-jet that doesn't use an EGR.
So, yes, it'll be able to bolt up to all your smog equipment. Just take a good look at the cam too
