Change the file extention to one of those allowed (ie .jpg) and anyone who downloads it can just change it back.

I take it you got the car back together and up and running? Does it sounds good and did it fire right up. How is it witht he stock tune. I know you are data logging but just curious because mine will run the same way.

Dimented,
OK, I will give that a shot.
Shifty,
It will start and it sounds pretty mean. But it will only run for a few minutes before it stalls. Took it for a drive put want to stall if I give it any gas.

Rename it with the .bmp extention and try it again. Itll be looking for the formatting with a compressed .jpg

Bill, check your map sensors output with a vacuum gauge. Its indicating that your only pulling 12 inHg at idle and the reading isnt changing, it remains steady throughout the data logs. The bottomed out blms, low idle, and high 02's point to a bad MAP sensor sending false readings to the ecm. It should pull around 17-20 inches of mercury at idle with some slight variences in map readings.

Make sure the sensor is hooked up properly and that the map sensors vacuum hose has its own vacuum port on the tbi before you replace it. No sense in buying a part you dont need because something wasnt hooked up right.

Yep getting all of those vacuum hoses hooked up right is something I am struggling with now. I'm trying to follow the diagram that us under the hood.
One question..
On the back of the manifold on the passenger side there is a silver valve coming out that looks like it should have a hose attached to it. What is that and where does it go?

Bill, check if that MAP sensor is connected, I honestly don't remember re-connecting that. That would definitely cause problems. Its the square sensor in the picture with a vacuum fitting on the UNDERSIDE of it , and it should go directly to the throttle body.

Vacuum hose routing:
On the front of the TBI there are four ports
1 Thermac (on the air cleaner), if you have an open element, this will be plugged. I route mine to the VAFPR.
1 PCV Valve drivers side valve cover, this is a thicker hose with a 90* bend at the TBI end of it
1 Canister; it's the large plastic-like one that runs next to the fuel lines and goes behind the driver's side headlights
1 Goes back to a little sensor type thingy towards the back of the intake manifold, passenger side (EGR Solenoid) which is mounted on a black metal bracket held on by manifold bolts. Out of this comes another vacuum hose which goes to your EGR valve (affectionately deemed the saucer).
On the rear of the TBI there's one last port, this one runs to the MAP sensor which is mounted on the firewall lip where it's illustrated in that picture above.
On the rear of the manifold there's a port that hooks up to the cruise control
On the front of the manifold, driver's side is the brake booster line
There's also a vacuum type line that goes into the heater valve
Here's a pic:
