It should be a red wire coming out of pin "C" of the fuel pump relay. Since you have a blue wire, check to see if it goes to the fuel pump relay.

This blue wire is running back into the car, might be hood light or something. So can I just tap the red wire or C and get it to test it?
Thx Trickster.

if you are just testign for pressure i would suggest going under teh hood. there is a schrader valve on teh fuel system to allow for pressure checks.
jsut turn teh key to the run position and then push in on the valve a little. if it squirts fuel you have pressure.
if there is a system pressure problem start with teh simple things, put on a new filter and then check for voltage. make your voltage check at the tank end of teh system, since that is where you are concerned with getting power, that is teh logical place to check.
hope this helps
