Take off the air cleaner, then try and start the engine and check to see if the throttle body is pumping out fuel.

When you turn the ignition on with the car off do you hear the fuel pump prime. You should hear a whine/humming sound around the fuel tank. GM fuel pumps are junk and I wouldn't be suprised if yours is shot.

Autozone should be able to rent you one. If they don't have one for rent I believe the tester is like $20.

You could also plumb in a summit fuel pressure gage for less than $30.

Are you sure you have enough fuel? What was the pressure? A ddying pump can't produce 3 to 4 psi of visable fuel when you car needs 7+ to at least start. I would change the fuel filter anyways since it it routine maintenance.

Just because you see fuel doesn;t mean it is enough. You need to check the feed line pressure. 4psi will spurt all over you and be seen through the injectors but will not be enough to start your motor.

Go to autozone and buy/rent a feed line fuel pressure tester or install an in-line gage. That is the only way to know for sure what is getting to your TBI unit. I am starting to sound like a broken record.
