The only thing I have not replaced was the wires. I did the oil, plugs, rotor & cap, O2 sensor. I also think I might have a vacuum leak.

coil? anyway, could just be the fuel pressure thing. or maybe your computer is sensing knock and retarding your timing at wot and that is causing it. Best thing to do now would be hook it to a scanner and monitor have somebody monitor it at wot. obviously you dont want to be driving at wot while reading a scanner

Hmm, I don't know man. I wish I could help. In your tune ups though, don't forget to replace ur fuel filter too!

I have had my car on a scanner and with 0* base timing I was getting knocks counts at WOT. The stock computer doesn't react fast enough when changing the timming to make it feel like a "jerking sensation".

I have replaced the coil, and fuel filter aswell. I forgot to mention that. The thing with the computer sounds really close, what can I do to fix that IF it is my problem??

i think, though i could be wrong,
but i think zack is saying that the computer doesnt act fast enough to cause a jerking sensation when making timing changes because of wot knock.

If you're getting knock at WOT then it could very well be your EGR. The EGR heats up your intake so the combustion chamber has less air/fuel, this means you get a cooler chamber and so the advance can be set higher. When the EGR isn't working your engine will be running with a cooler intake and so in theory you'll be making a little more hp but when the ECM advances the timing to get better gas milage it'll sense knock and retard back down just to get rid of the knock. That is why most aftermarket EFI engines need a custom burned chip. It's not as easy as everybody thinks..."I'll just mess around with the EGR..." it isn't that easy. I'd also look into the fuel filter because that can be a problem too, if you're injectors don't get enough fuel you're engine will be running lean at high rpm and that means a very hot engine and then the advance problem begins and makes your engine run like crap at WOT. I think that's about it, get boht the EGR and fuel filter checked out, then get back to us.
