Don't change your pulleys. The accessories need to be driven at the speed they are, especially the alternator when you've got a thumpin' system like you do. People that are still willing to take the risk of overheating/undercharging have usually reported gains in the single digits, which is usually not enough to feel with the butt-dyno.
You named all the pulleys, except for an idler pulley, but that ratio would never change.
It's been proven that alternators generally steal about 1.5 horses.

No guts, no glory.

ive been thinking about taking out the AC and putting in a water pump, would that increase hp?

You want to put a water pump in the place of ac?
You already have a water pump! What would the second one do? Spray water into the passenger compartment?

We'll see if we can get NJSpeeder to comment here. He's either done it, or is looking to do it soon.
I don't think you're going to shave off more than 15 horses, and it sounds like a PIA to get to work, what with the increased demand put on the electrical system.
I also heard once that a 12 volt electrical system isn't the best for heavy duty things like that. Of course, drag guys have been doing it for a while...

The problem with an electric water pump is that it doesn't flow enough at higher rpms (like highway driving). They aren't the most dependable units either, BUT they do free up hp. It's true, ever little bit helps. Did you also know that loosing 100lbs will give you a tenth in the 1/4. So either your car or you need to go on a diet
.
If you want a really good water pump for the street, look at the Stewart pumps, I'm convinced they are THE best standard pumps. They are used in Nascar and many other racing applications that aren't sponsored by Moroso, Edelbrock and the such.
As for the power pully, it's up to you. You might end up paying more in the long run. It's not like you're loosing all that much power. You'd be better off somehow ditching 100lbs from your car, that way you make money from selling stuff AND go faster without putting a strain on your electrical system. Best of both worlds
