ok i have a 305 TBI with 101k miles on it. it has the stock coil, cap, and rotor...well i just ordered a 53,000 hypertech coil, cap, and rotor i already have brand new accell wires and bousch platinum plugs...how much better you think my cars gonna run with this stuff? lately it seems like when i get paid 3500 rpm it kinda hesitates alittle...im thinking the coil is shot.

I thought the Hypertech kit was an HEI vacuum advance system.

They do have a system for our cars, but it's a 45K voltage coil.

If you ordered the one for the vacuum advance, and the internal coil, then it's not gonna work with the stock ECM, or clear the firewall for that matter.

Part #4052 is the wrong one.

#4054 is the right one.

Well it depends. IF your iginition right now runs pretty rough then ur gonna notice a HUGE difference. But if ur igintion runs pretty good right now, u will only notice a slight difference. Either way ur gonna notice something and its worth the upgrade because it works its hardest when u have it at WOT.

i figure the stock rotor has to be shot by now having that many miles on it and its never been replaced...plus cars seems to have alittle more trouble starting than it used to hopefully the coil will help that to i also noticed that by removing my AC and smog deleting the pulleys that it makes my car run alot smoother
