Did you try tightening the column bolts? Should be two that fasten it to the dash support.

If that doesn't do it there are four bolts inside the column below the tilt mechanism that work loose.

These are a pain in the a** to get to.

You can get to 3 of them, you just need to take the column apart.

Also check the 3 bolts where the column goes through the fire wall. Sometimes they can come loose and cause the same problem.

Be VERY cautious when driving until you get it fixed. I thought the bolts were loose too but something else was wrong/broken. It got a lot worse during a 72 hour period. When taking a turn under a highway over pass the steering column snapped and had to stop so that I wouldnt hit a pillar. So I blocked the intersection for about 2 hours. The keys wound up at about 11 o'clock when they should be at around 3 o'clock.

Shouldn't bother putting this but hey what the heck:

What is is that is moving? If just the steering wheel moves then the problem is the four bolts inside the column. if the whole column moves look under the dash. If it is the bolts inside the column then Engine boy is right PITA!! I could only get three. Two of them were easy you just have to go straight in.(if it is tilt steering make sure your column is set so that there is no tilt in it.) For the third bolt have your tilt as high as it will go. You have to get at the bolt from an angle. A nut driver works great. Make sure and use locktight to avoid having to go back in anytime soon. I didn't the first time and had to fix it again three months later.

Jason,

Check this bolt/nut:

...and these four bolts:

It's a good idea to remove the bolts one at a time, apply Loctite 242, and reinstall them. Tourque to 120-150 in/lb.
