Good Engine Rebuild Kits?

Hey guys, I fried the piston rings in my 350 crate engine (ran SBC spark plugs on my vortec heads by accident... didn't know there was a difference till it was all but too late ) and as a result of the fried rings, I got alot lower on oil than I thought and spun a bearing (lots o metal in the pan ). I'm attending Automotive Training Center right now, and after I take the engine performance class I'm going to rebuild the enigne, but I was wondering if you guys know of any good 350 rebuild kits out there that I could look for. I havn't been able to really find any. Thanks for any help.

PAW is where I got mine. The price couldn't be beat by anyone especially since I needed a crank as well.

paw sells rebuild kits dirt cheap.

they should have listings on their website, and the most recent catalog i have is 2001.

their rebuild kits are around $200 i think? just a wild guess.

Powerhouse ( www.enginekits.com ) has a basic rebuild kit for $154, but it's for a 2pc rear main seal block that's got a carb sitting on it. Same with Northern Auto Parts.

You don't need a catalog for PAW. Pick up any CHP, Car Craft, or Hot Rod magazine and they have a 2 page add in there.
