the irdium plugs i got from summit. for christmas last year, i was supposta get regular NGK plugs but at the timewhen my father ordered them they where out of stock. so after my father called them back and talked to a manger or sombody they upgraded them to these plugs for no xtra cost-
the regular cost of these plugs where around $8 a plug i think-
the distuburter i'm gonna have to get back to you with the exact price of it. i was fed up with the stock gm one and was having someproblems with it. so i replaced everything at once. no more problems for the last 15k miles. but i'm curious on what everybody else was and is running and how did they like it. cause i really love my MDSD stuff. (i had one problem but thats my fault. a wire came out and the wire got burnt so i bought a new set of them and i have not had a problem ever snice- but my one and only problem is MY MISTAKE, not MSD's fault. so i'm completely satsified.

Original 305 Distributor, computer controlled
Accel 4 wire seperate coil
splitfire plugs (until they melted)
accel wires and taylor wires (half and half)
MSD 6BTM (same as 6al but for boost timing retard)
seems to ignite my fuel mixtures perfectly fine until about 15.4:1 A/F ratio, which is when i get misfires according to the software.

Wyclef I have a MSD-6A box I will sell you for $100. It's exactly the same as the 6AL, just no limiter. I even have the wiring adapter. PM me if interested.

As long as your present ignition system is working properly
you won't gain a lot from going to a MSD 6a box.
The CD multi fire ignition only really shows a advantage in a real radical motor that idles real rough. (it's misfireing at idle)
A MSD box reduces the misfires.
The multi-fire feature at low rpm helps keep a race motor clean while idleing and stagging at the drag strip so it will respond when launched.
Don't expect to see $200+ worth of improvement on your car.
