How do you store your camshafts?
I have two cams (LT4 Hot), and a 74219 LPE cam that I am not going to use anytime soon, but want to maintain their "usability".
Can I just spray some gunk on them, and throw them in a box? Siran wrap them too I reckon? Will that be enough?

I would clean the cams and put some lithium grease on all the lobes/bearings then enclose it in a plastic bag and store it away where it will not be tampered with and avoid moisture and water/condensation.

I'd do what was already mentioned and get some 2" PVC pipe and slide em in there for protection from dings.
I live where it's humid and I've learned to treat my stored engine parts like a gun, take it out every so often and oil it.

When you seal them in a plastic bag or container, use some desiccant to absorb the moisture that’s in the air.

a nice thick coating of oil, or like someone suggested, spray on grease...... mostly you want somthing that wont slide off over time...
if you do use somthing like regular motor oil, wrapp it tightly in clear wrap so that the oil stays on it...

Hose 'em down with WD-40 & seal it in a plastic bag. Stored my original L98 cam like that for 3 years, it was good as new when I took it out.
