Oil pressure drops low... real low
Okay well I swapped the cam in the car to an lt1 but now the oil pressure drops at idle from 30 to around 15 psi after its warmed up. It didnt used to do this and I know I have a small oil leak but that shouldnt be the cause of it. Any help.

It's not the oil pump.
I'd suggest first making sure you have an oil pressure problem, not a gauge problem. Either just swap the sending unit (those fail real often) or hook up a mechanical gauge and check the accuracy of your stock gauge.

No.
I''d suspect that your oil pressure is low because your idle speed is low, not that the idle is low because the oil pressure is low.
Cause and effect; the effect doesn't cause the cause.

So how would I change the idle speed. Its controlled by the ECU isnt it. So It would be in my chip that I got that is causing the idle to be extremely low. let me go ahead and thank you for your time and help.

Yes the idle speed is controlled by the ECM, via the IAC motor.
Try cleaning the IAC. Then disconnect the battery cable for about 10 minutes, and hook it back up and see if it's any better.

IAC problems aside, the stock tbis have a pretty slow idle speed, like 550 rpms or so. 15 psi doesnt sound all that unreasonable.

Usual way to fix it is to raise the desired idle speed in the prom to around, say 650 or 675.
