swaping pumps....
iam going to be useing a inline fuel pump instead of the intank style i have now. How would i bypass it? or can i just leave it in there for now?

You can't leave it in there without having flow problems.
The new in-line pump you plan on installing downstream of the in-tank pump will falter when trying to pull suction from an idle in-tank pump. The in-tank pump is a gerotor design (positive displacement), and is VERY restrictive when trying to pull a suction through it while not running.
You need to remove your in-tank pump and put a fuel pickup of some sort in it's place if you plan on running an in-line pump.

Why Not use a Fuel tank from a LG4, Mech Pumped car ?

because i dont want to get a differnt tank and i need this to be cheap for now i just got done putting $3,000 into the motor and after that my money is all gone so i need somthing cheap that will work for right now

A piece of hose will work good, make sure to cut a 'V' in the bottom so it can't stick to anything.
Also remove the pulse dampner if your car has one.

It might also be a good idea to put a filter in front of the new pump bcuz you don't have a screen filter anymore like the stock pump had, You don't want to kill your new pump from some trash in your tank.
