It will kill an O2 sensor if he still uses one.

Leaded fuel acts like a lubricant on valves. It also slows down the burning of fuel which increases the octane.

As for damage to the engine, none.

I've known people at the track who used to use avgas but found buying proper race gas is better.

leaded gas might be outlawed.. but you can still buy the lead additive for the gas as well. I have to buy lead addittive for my 1952 chevy truck, since it has all the original parts in it yet. They just do not build engines like they used to.... Only thing we realy have done was have new valve seals put in.

Its called CAM 2. It is leaded gas. It wasnt really for automobile use. The nozzel was twice as big as the hole in the filler neck. he had to us a funnel to put it in the tank. Its mostly for motorcross races and ATV's

It's nothing special, just diesel mixed with die and some other chemical. Bearly keeps the valves lubed I run it in the 56 Buick.

The real lead additive is called 'Max Lead',
I think there is another brand that is similiar.
The stuff in little bottles is a fraud.

People running leaded gas should consider using
a lead-tolerant O2 sensor.

I would think that avgas 100 LL would be OK
a lot of the time, unless you are in a
racing class that checks fuel.

Price check...
who has purchased Xylene, recently?
