Sure, if you want to reduce its effectiveness. Works pretty good for that.

Yeah, just make sure you fill in all of the rows so it looks better.

They did it on junkyard wars and it seem to work fine . Do you mean the top or the entire thing? I am curious how that would look, could you post some pics if it turns out nice?

you could also but your foot through it. that would cut down wind resistance. Just messing use high temp paint, not sure how well it's going to cool your car. thirdgens are already bottom breathers.

Painting it will most certainly reduce it's heat transfer effectiveness unless it's with some special coating. I'd forget about the idea.

Some radiator shops paint them flat black.
In fact if I recall, I got a new new not to long ago that was also painted flat black.

I painted my transmission pan flat black, to Help in heat tranfer. Now this is straight out of the TH-350 Bible. (Chrome being the worst).
So maybe this would apply to the radiator ?

No No No. Just the sides top and bottom. I'm masking the fins and stuff.

I have never seen a radiator that was not painted. Except aluminum radiators.

Tell you what if you have a spare radiator do it spay it down real good. If it doesnt work then kick a hole in it and put in your spare. Or you can spray you neighbors and see how his car runs haha.
