Next week we are going to Florida for a vaction. I was thinging about getting a retro kit for my AC. Will I have a problem crossing the border back into Canada? If Canada customs does A search of my car will I have problems?

I don't know... you may just have to claim it.. a friend tried to bring an item back (lied), and got caught.. my recommendation... at the current time, don't do anyting to P*SS off Canada Customs.. you may not like the out come.. in some cases they could seize your car... not a pretty thought.

Why can't you get one in Canada? If you are flying I think the airline may have issues with you bringing a material under that high pressure on board.

You can get anything you want in Canada, it's sometimes just less expensive to get it done is the lower 48, especially if you are going on holiday anyway.
