HELP I just killed my car

ok so i when out side to change a tail light bulb on my formula and the inside of the light bulb housing is alittle debris and dirt in it so i stuck my key in there and cleaned it out. i went to turn on the parking lights and all of the sudden no lights at all. then i went to turn on my head lights to see if they work. they came up and are working and i went to put them down thay locked up and stayed up. WHAT HAPPEN ANYONE PLEASE ITS MY DAILY DRIVER I NEED HER

maybe a short in the bulb you changed?

Probably blew a fuse. I did the same sort of thing with my cigarette lighter.
