hey every one , what are the diffrence between the bearings that are out there on the market ? is one relly better than another ? what are the good ones ?

Quality control, materials, things like that and yes, there are differences.

I prefer Federal Mogul. From what I have read, Clevite, in the past, has had some QC issues.

i won't use clevites because of some poor quality control and defective parts i've got in the past

It really depends on what you want and how much you're willing to spend. I personally like Clevite 77 bearings. You could also go to your local parts supply store and buy generic, off shore, off the shelf bearings and they'll last or fail at about the same rate.

yeah what are the h series ? i know they have some thing to do with after market cranks . would they work with a stock steel crank?

My machine shop said that since I was sticking with the stock crank to use the P bearings. He said the H were overkill for my setup. But I really dont know what the differance is.
