car wont run right

when i crank the car up it will run about thirty seconds then die. if you trie to hit the throttle it acts like its boggin down. when it gets around 180 degrees it will idle until you put it in gear and it bogs down again and you have to keep hitting the throttle before it will ever move.if anyone has a clue what this could be please let me know thanks

Start with the basics. Check for vaccum leaks. Check fuel pressure to see if fuel pump and filter are operating properly. How long since you did a tuneup -cap, rotor, plugs , wires etc..etc..

an injector may be starting to ground itself out and grounding out the circuit

while it is running take off one of the injector terminals if it stays running after the 30 seconds there is the problem

reading the ohms on injectors does not alway solve the problem

this is TPI we are dealing with right

I think sometimes I am wasting my time trying to help with board members cars and all of a sudden I realize that there is not enough info

please if you want us more experienced 3rd genners to help we will give you some of our time but you have to spend a little more time layin down the info we need

what about what the other suggested? Check the codes .... check for a vaccum leak . Do thats stuff too . Don't just throw parts at it.
