92 Formula need some help

Got a serious problem with my 92 Formula, last weekend the fuel pump went out so I changed that, then I went to start it, it would spin over but wouldnt fire, when I let off the key it would fire. I brought it in the garage tonight to figure it out now it wont fire at all. It has no spark, and after spinning it over a few times now the starter wont engage at all, I tried a different switch for the ignition on the column and checked the ecm fuse but everything seems to be fine. Any other reasons it would do this? The ECM? I'm at a loss with this one. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

do the injectors pulse when you are turning the car over ? are you hearing the fuel pump prime?

About an hour ago, the fuel pump does prime when I turn the ignition but the starter doesnt engage, no clicking no nothing. It acts like if you pulled the ecm fuse.

Nope, nothing at all. Fuel pump runs but no starter...Do you think it could be the ECM?
