dying 305?

dying 305?
i have a clicking sound on pass side, sounds like its deep inside?
i got a sound clip if any of you could load it for me?i could e-mail it to you to post for me,i checked converter bolts they are fine but it does sound louder behind pass front tire area,cars runs the same as before no diff,oil pressure reads 45 at 2,000 rpm idle is bout 15-20 psi.any help is greatly appreciated
oh,motor is bout 9 years post rebuild but it only has bout 10-15 thousand miles on it since

Where does it sound like its coming from? Bottom end, or valve train?

im not sure,the sound is louder at bottom of car,but it the clicking speeds up with rpms

ok it might not be the motor,,i was under car with it running,noise is from either rear of motor or transmission?conveter bolts all tight but i see flywheel has a slight wobble(very slight)any ideas?

You mean flexplate. Maybe the flexplate to crank bolts are loose.

It may be the EFE valve in the exhaust. Happened to mine. Sounded like a bad lifter. It is on the passenger side just downstream of the exhaust manifold. Try disconnecting the vacuum line to it and plugging it and see if the sound goes away. (That is if you have stock exhaust). Just a thought.

ok update on my problem,just for the heck of it i took the 3 bolts out of converter and started car, no more noise at all,put bolts back in noise is back now,i didnt see any cracks in flexplate ,i was told to tap with a wrench to see if it rang like a bell or if it went thud? it rang like a bell lol.not sure if guy was just messin with me, but ill try bout anything,so what yall think now?could it be converter making the clunk noise or is it inside trans?
