Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
This tech article is linked from the thirdgen.org homepage https://www.thirdgen.org/mods3 . You'll gain about .028"-.029" lift.
89's used self aligning rockers - the pushrod holes in the heads are bigger, so you shouldn't have any problems with 1.6:1 rockers. Just be sure to get self aligning 1.6:1 roller rockers.

Re: cam
We shouldn't have to look that up to answer his question, right? Shouldn't it be S.O.P. for an OP to identify his engine rather than leave it to the responder(s) to search to find it?
Might as well start him off in the right way otherwise we may be dealing with this from now on.
Just my suggestion.

You can just add it to your signature so that each time you post that info will readily available to everyone. See what I mean?
I like trying to help members, but if you can make it a little easier for an old guy like me, I'd appreciate it. Every little bit helps, LOL
