92 305 tbi wont start, getting spark, spraying fuel
Heres the backstory, the car was getting harder and harder start last week, towards the end of the week i could not get it to maintain an idle it would just skip around, so this weekend i knew a tune up was in store, i changed the cap rotor pcv plugs wires ignition module and fuel filter, i cranked it and it still did not start. So took the wire for the first plug grounded it to the engine and i can see spark when i crank, next i took off the air cleaner and i can see the injectors spraying when i hit the gas and when i first turn the key. My father brought home a pressure gauge today, we had to jerry rig it because it didnt have the right fittings so i dont really trust the reading, however, sometimes i would get 6 psi, which is low and others nothing would happen, but i believe the gauge could aid to this. When i try to crank it almost sounds advanced, although i did not touch the distributor just changed the rotor cap and ignition module. Infact i have a video of me cranking it. Any thoughts are GREATLY appreciated:

After fuel and ignition, you need compression and the correct timing.
Do you have an in-line spark tester to verify there is spark, just in case the plugs are soaked?

mine was doing that, turned out to be the little rubber line thats goes from the fuel pump to the metal hose going out of the tank, its about a 1" long and was cracked it was spraying fuel but not enough

Try spraying starting fluid into the air intake and then crank over.If it starts (briefly) then its fuel delivery.

Warren-i've done that before the engine backfired and burnt my injector harnesses to a crisp

Ok, i just lined up the timing mark on the pulley with the mark on the gears, stuck a screw driver in the 1 spark plug spot and I hit something, so i took off the dizzy cap and found the rotor pointing in a different spot. I changed my spark plugs based on that, and made sure it was spinning and the timing chain hadnt broke, i lined everything up put the wires in the new spots triple checked it, cranked it and still no dice, injectors are spraying and i believe i still have spark, i dont want to keep cranking because ill just flood the engine.

heard backfire in the vid i think a little bit. timing seems to be your issue. make sure both valves are closed when cylinder 1 is at the peak(Compression Stroke) of its revolution. than adjust rotor. right now your car seems to firing on intake stroke. Intake, compression, power, and exhaust.
