Cleaning up my engine bay. What to do?
I would really like to clean up my engine bay and get some of these hoses out or anything that is not needed. I'd rather not have it looking like someone dumped a bucket of black snakes all over the engine

Well, every single one of those hoses and wires is there for a reason. If you aren't required to keep all the original emissions equipment, you can do an AIR delete - remove the pump and all associated lines. An A/C delete will go a long way toward cleaning up the engine bay. You might be able to reroute some of those wires and vacuum lines, but I wouldn't recommend removing them.
About the only way you'll get a really, really clean engine bay is by building your car specifically for it, making it pretty much only good for shows and racing: drop in an older engine with no sensors and no EGR, get a simpler carb, delete windshield washer bottle and pump, delete charcoal canister. Some of this stuff might make your car not legal for street use.

here's where you'll be with a/c delete, smog delete, and headers. I'm still lookin to reroute the heater hoses and all the wiring associated with the a/c and smog pump, i also wana move my altenator to the passenger side so i can get rid of the mount for the compressor and air pump

It's your orifice tube, and ya, it's quite critical if you want your A/C to work. They are very inexpensive however, and should be replaced when you open the system.

First off you should start by removing that 5.0 H.O air cleaner and selling it to me.

Cleaning up my engine bay. What to do?
DON'T!!!
Organize all your hoses and wires properly, laid down in the correct order on the engine with the ones that belong at the bottom of the heap on the bottom, instead of them all just being strewn everywhere like a 3rd grader installed them and everything all poofed up into a bird's nest like a female country music singer's hairdo. Use the correct size hose and make them the correct length. Replace some of the rubber replacements with the thin plastic originals and bundle ones that travel together, together.
And did I mention, DON'T HACK ON YOUR CAR!!! No sense in turning an otherwise potentially nice car into yerbasic hilljack turd by "improving" it that way.
