New cam with lifters, springs and valves. But how to buy?

I have a camaro with a 305 in it. One of my valve springs cracked so I figure ill just upgrade my whole valve train. Question tho, I want to buy a new cam, springs, valves, lifters, and rockers. But I have noooo clue on what kind I should buy.
Some say max lift .476 or something like that. I don know what this means. Help a little? Thx

You have to make sure that the springs will take the llift of the cam... If you order the GM Hot Cam kit, you will have all of the parts necessary to make the valve train work correctly
