Vacuum connector
I have a 87 Camaro 2.8L MPFI it has a double vacuum port on rear of upper plenum I know the large port is for the brake booster, I have a vacuum hose from the cannister in the left front fender and a very small short plastic line at the heater/a/c box coming out of the firewall I think both are for the heater controls but I need to know what type of connector marries them to each other and the port. The car was disassembled when I got it and pieces were missing. Supreme Member

Here's a diagram;http://www.chevythunder.com/fuel%20i...um%20lines.htm Then you'll probably have to go to a parts store and buy a selection of fittings and line and make your own such as these. http://www.autozone.com/autozone/acc...ubing/_/N-25ry

Re: Vacuum connector
Thanks I've seen those diadgrams but the cannister I mentioned is the vacuum tank in the fender not the fuel vapor cannister all the other vacuum hoses are intact none of the hoses in the diagrams show the vacuum port that is screwed into the rear of the upper plenum or show them going to the tank or the firewall. Any other ideas are welcome

Re: Vacuum connector
From the fender vacuum tank, the line tee's to the cruise control servo then all the way back to a tee for the plenum and brake booster. That's what the factory manual show's anyway.

Re: Vacuum connector
That helps a little but I don't have cruise control. I may just try to tee the plenum port to each of the loose lines and see what happens. Like I said I think they are for the heater controls. The only diagram I found shows lines the back of the control not in the engine compartment.
