Fuel issues
I have a 89 camaro rs with the 2.8 its been running great but recently my fuel pump cuts off and will not kick on for several hours it will run about 15 minutes before this happens the pump is not even 6 months old does anyone have any ideas

Hhhhmmm....... If it is failing this soon, that really doesn't bode well. Will it not even prime when you cycle the key?
If it doesn't, replace it. Go with an AC Delco, or Denso pump. Even if you have to order it, and wait.

After it sits for a while it will start and run for at most 10 minutes then shuts down and wont prime again for a few hours

I got a walbro pump in mine when stock one went 10+ year later not a issue

The Walbro pump I put in mind didn't even last a year. I went back to the GM pump. (didn't hurt that at the time, I was working at a Chevy dealer, in the parts department....)
If you put a jumper in place of the relay, will the pump run?

How about all of the associated wiring and grounding locations?
Any dull, corroded, or rusted connectors?
