Where find this Pitman Arm ?

I don't understand, I search everywhere on the internet,
I can not find the bushing of the Pitman Arm for Camaro 82-92. Also the Pitman Arm with the 82-92 bushing.
I found only 67-79 years. Grrrr ....
Question: Is there anyone who can tell me where I can find this piece?

Re: Where find this Pitman Arm ?

The Pitman arm on our cars doesn't have a bushing, or anything else. It's just a chunk of metal with 2 holes in it. It doesn't require service.

o.k.It was because I saw that there was a small rubber that is pulling off the top of the pitman arm.

Re: Where find this Pitman Arm ?

There is a rubber seal between the center link and the pitman arm. This may be what you are seeing. It is part of the center link.

If this piece is no longer there, should this be replaced or ignored? Is it a danger for driving?

Re: Where find this Pitman Arm ?

The rubber seal just keeps the grease in, and water out. If you grease it often it's not a big deal.

If you want to replace it, you may be able to buy generic tie rod grease seals that will fit. Other than that, it comes as part of the center link.

Ho my good, big Thank.
I'm going to put a little grease just to prevent dust and water from getting in.

can't recall exactly what I read, but I recall it saying something to the effect that the Pitman arm is designed for the life of the car, should never break/wear out. Is this true?

Re: Where find this Pitman Arm ?

It basically CAN'T wear out. There's nothing to wear. It's just a slab of metal with 2 holes and no moving parts. So, yeah...

Like Sofa said , there is no wearable component of the Pitman arm on our cars . It's a chunk of solid metal with a bigger splined hole on one end that the steering box output shaft attaches to , and a smaller slightly tapered hole on the other end where the ball stud from the center link attaches to .
