Dumb canadian

Hey there,
I have an 88 camaro with 250+ km on it. I am having troubles chainging my power steering pump. I have taken out every bolt that I could find on the pump and on the bracket ??


Any tips:lala:

If it's a serpentine belt setup, there are three bolts behind the pulley holding the pump to the aluminum bracket.

Rent or buy a puller kit from the parts shop, remove the pulley, and you'll be able to get to the three bolts.

I thought that I would be able to take off the whole pump assembley without having to use the puller.

But I have already been wrong 8 times today.

And thanks for defending the km some people are miss informed about the rest of the world.

well i live in canada, and all the camaros here are made in quebec, as well as all the newer camaros have been made here for the last few years
