Hey there,
I have an 88 camaro with 250+ km on it. I am having troubles chainging my power steering pump. I have taken out every bolt that I could find on the pump and on the bracket ??


Any tips:lala:

 

If it's a serpentine belt setup, there are three bolts behind the pulley holding the pump to the aluminum bracket.

Rent or buy a puller kit from the parts shop, remove the pulley, and you'll be able to get to the three bolts.

 

first tip is there called miles not kilometers

 

every other country in the world besides the States uses Kilometers so its not miles

 

I thought that I would be able to take off the whole pump assembley without having to use the puller.

But I have already been wrong 8 times today.

And thanks for defending the km some people are miss informed about the rest of the world.

well i live in canada, and all the camaros here are made in quebec, as well as all the newer camaros have been made here for the last few years

 

All Canadian cars have there speedo calibrated for KMS. Get over it Tempst and stop being a moronic *******.
