You'll have to change the method of fuel delivery. Either get a mechanical fuel pump, or use a 3-port return style AFPR with your stock fuel pump. I opted for the later method.

If your removing the ECM, and your car is a automatic, youll need a TC lock-up switch.

I forgot about that... Hmm ..

and yes I as thinking of a fuel block/regulator with return line and keep the 13 PSI Brand new in tank pump. (I know its new cause I put it in) I was thinking of having the PSI set to 9. Is that good or a little too igh?

Whatever carb you get will recommend a fuel pressure. Just stick a gauge in the line between the regulator and the carb and turn the little screw untill you get whatever they say to use. I think mine's about 7psi.

The fuel work is just one of the many "fun" things.
I have switched from tbi to carb and i love the results.
I mounted a holley fuel pump right by the wheel well. (drivers side)
The fuel lines run almost perfect. You will need some rubber hoses. A way for the throttle to reach the carb. I cut it and welded it forward a few inches. Then you have to worry about the kickdown. Basically its a lot of riggen **** up.
Please if you remove the manifold dont forget to drain the anti freeze. I have heard stories where people say it won't harm the engine.
Another note:
You need to drop the fuel tank, remove the old pump and add a piece of copper in place and hmmm... make it flare out at the end a friend of mine did it i think he used a washer.

Acyually I plan on keeping the elec pump in the tank. I just replaced it when I bought the damn car. Its only a 14 PSI pump and I can run a fuel block with regulator and a return line...

I will rig the fuel line to the carb.. no biggie there.

Thanks for pointing out the throttle cable may need "adjusting", I have a welder so again no biggie...
And yes I pan on draining all fluids actually cause... well... it needs it anyway.

The kick down will take some real thought though.... hmmm a few spot welds, a few welded on plates and all should be fine...

I decided to swap for 1 the TBI cars SUCK for power(and I have heard by many people that a 625CFM swap adds a few good poines!). My V6 beats them easily(when they have a few not alot of mods) 2 I am sick of the starting problem. The damn thing refuses to start unless you spray it with starting fluid...

What if I don't hook the kick down up, or hook it up like a T350 I don't plan on racing the thing by any means anyway. I plan on shifting manually anyway... And I do have a rebuild in store before the swap. hell maybe i should just get a TH350... alot less to deal with...
