They should.
I used all the brackets off my 4.3 on my 350.

350 L98 V8? gee, anymore information about it you want to list? maybe cc or anything? as for your brackets, they should work with no problems.
IIRC, the accesory "brackets" on a 262 V-6 are for the most part one single stamping that covers most of the front of the engine. Yeah, it, or "they" should work.
well its a L98 all stock except for water pump in take and oil pan and tbi and its not tPI its a TBI motor
Pupil,
If it is a stock 350 in a ThirdGen, then it's an L98. The "L98" RPO designation is for a 350 TPI engine. If it is truly a TBI, then it is either a L03 (305) or a replacement engine from a different vehicle. Several full sized GM cars and trucke were equipped with a 350 TBI, but not 'F' or 'Y' cars.
Regardless, the brackets should bolt up and work.

I probably wrote in error but the whol tbi system is after market holley tbi and edlebrock manifold but the car it came out of was a camaro and it has 5.7 stamped on the block I checked the cast numbers and it says 90-92 f-body so maby the previous owner swapped every thing out for the tbi?
