ok I had nothing much to do at the time and I was driving around with my friend, and we saw this corsica, and so I am like what the hell. we both hit the light but there is traffic and so to make sure he knows I am watching him I just kinda keep it in first gear the whole time (hehe in first gear with 4.10 is loud). and then we hit another red light and I come to almost a full stop and he is behind me a little bit in the other lane. he gets the jump on me and starts with his front bumber even with my rear bumper and I hear those mighty tires chirp. and I just sit there and cruise till his rear is even with my front thinking do I go or no. the problem is there was a fair that we just passed and there is a lot of cops in the area. so a quick look around and no noise on the bacon buster so I go for it just as he passes me. at first I am thinking oh **** a 2.8 is going to beat me but I see that I am starting to pull on him quick just took a moment for me to get up to his speed since he did have a head start. the race was from about 15-50mph and by the time I hit 50 he was about one car behind me and I just let off b/c of how many cops could be in the area and I get the ol' ***** fly by.....


hehe no more will I baby this thing... time to take my agressions out

On a similar street racing deal, the stock 86 CRX Si paced a 98-ish Jeep Grand Cherokee [the V8] up to 65 mph last night. I tried to ditch him by putting it down in 3rd [tops out in 2nd @ 55] at around 60 mph and still had no improvement. Guess a race like that means i should stop being lazy and fix the 84's transmission.

Hey, don't diss those corsica's man! That was my first car! LOL! I went 9-2 with that car and I even beat a Monte Carlo with a 305. Eh, what am I saying? I used to call that thing the "ofcorsica" because whenever something broke (and it happened alot) I would just say "hey is my head gasket shot?...ofcorsica!". Lol, nice kill anyways!
