I was driving my friends 97 z28 the other day when one of my other friends pulls up in his mirage. I knew the little thing was quick the last time we were at the strip he ran a 13.3 in the 1/4. Well I give him the go ahead to run ( I was in a v-8, so what was the worst that can happen ) so we took off, that little thing just left me behind so quick I was in shock. I asked him what he did to it. He just up graded the turbo. Later on that nite we went to the drag strip where he ripped of a 11.8 in the 1/4!

 

Hes done more than just upgraded the turbo if hes running 11s. They can be fast. If in tune that is.

I outran a coworkers dsm but I think his is messed up bad.

I had a 62mm turbo that was going to go on it, but then I traded to a friend for something else for my car...rx7 knows all about it.

This guy Chava has a GS-T eclipse he put 360 hp to the wheels had a turbo upgrade intercooler and some other minor mods that thing is a total sleeper fastest Eclipse ive seen around last I heard he was into the 11s. those damn little 2.0 L motors are tough as hell

 

Guy I know has a turbo laser and its broken all the time. He claims to have 310 fwhp with a turbo upgrade, injectors, and exhaust. I don't believe it tho. Because I outran him and Im maybe making 250 at the crank....

 

Just so someone can clear this up. Whats is a DSM. And what does it stand for?
