Me vs. 3.5 Maxima

One of my friend's moms has a 2002 Nissan Maxima with a 3.5 liter V-6 in it, automatic, I was wondering how I would fare up against it with a 305 tpi, w/ just CAI. Also, would it be better from a roll or a stop, thanks!!

the engine spun a bearing, and i didn't have the money to repair it so I was forced to get rid of the car.

I agree with CobraKiller. They are strong running cars. Still, you'd have a better chance from a stop.

better chance from a stop but it will pull you hard in a matter of no time. They are pretty quick cars any way you look at them.

The 6 speeds run 14's. I learned the hard way in my Mustang. It was stock at the time (high 14's). I raced an 02?+ and it pulled me pretty hard from a roll.

You would get smoked. They are high 14 sec cars. a couple months ago I raced one that was riced out and I barely beat it. So an almost stock 305 TPI car wouldnt stand a chance.

Um... none of those are supercharged.

A 2001 was only the 3.0, and didn't hold a candle to the 3.5 with a 6 speed.

my friend raced a maxima in his bonnevillle ,i dont know the exact year it was but it was the generation before the latest update, and the bonneville is a 3.8 se 1996 and they were nose to nose from dead stop till 50 mph when the maxima pulled away hard. That bonne is slow of the line too but picks up quick.

If your talking 305 tpi peanut cam, hell take you, if your talking 305 g92, youll get him good.

I got smoked by one at the track with my '95 MC Z34. He ran a 14.9 to my 15.5. Grabbed the Camaro and returned the favor.
