91 crx..no head work, no cam, no forced induction sounds like he doesn't even have a good exhaust on it. He's probably making all of 70-75fwhp, why bother?

He's probably at around 120 hp actually. If he had a swap you would have something to worry about, but those mods on the stock motor are no big deal. You should be fine.

Yeah, that stock CRX is nothing to worry about. But BEWARE of other CRX's, because they are very lightweight and they have plenty of potential. This one, however, won't be a problem for you.

That one sounds like an easy win, along with 97% of other CRXs. But once people talk motor swaps and forced induction watch out, CRXs don't weigh jack **** and can be made very fast.

I'm noticing a what if to actual races ratio problem with this author.

I want some results of the last races.

Very true about what ifs, I'm sure I've been guilty of the same. Not as frequently though.

I am all for racing CRX's, civics, accords, 10 speed bikes.

AND, there right, there is always a chance of an H22 or B series vtec hiding inside that primer black fugmobile. (thats not a shot at tuners either, they have wings and sticker lovers and we've got m u llets and hicks)

But I'm way ahead of you guys. I've got a double wide trailer with a carbon wing AND stickers. Muahaha

the stickers and wing can actually make for a good sleeper.

get a ****ed up CRX, swap in a bigger motor with boost, then primer the thing and cover it in stupid stickers and put a huge wing on it. It looks like some stupid boy racer's car, but will actually haul ***!

yeah, why do kids run there mouth when they dont even have a car worth racing. I do know a kid with a civic hb and is one of the fastest cars at my school. He runs low 13s and has no forced injection or spray. He does have a completely rebuilt b18c1 gsr motor though! Its fast and gets very good on gas!
