master of 0-25/30
so this weekend ive been out playing around a bit and got a few challenged one was a 00ish maxima with the v6 and 5 speed. from a red light we launched i outlaunched him till about 25/30 then i heard that 2nd gear chirp from him as he flew by.
another car looked like a mazda mx3 that was modded i think with a turbo. anyways he was taunting to i went from a light again same thing my little stock 305 outlaunched him to about 25/30 then he went flying by.
they should start new racing styles such as 0-20...lol

Guess you havent met up with an old school Beetle yet. I have heard they were one of the fastest vehicles 0-25 or so ever. They were perfect for those kind of jumps out of the hole... Even seen a purple one that used to lurk on the pike that would jump cocky guys off the line and let off.

from the sounds of it you have been racing mostly FWD vehicles that dont hook well or underpowered vehicles.. 60ft times on most fwd's are slow as hell...
Race a TPI car... see how you fair, preferably an L98

Lol at peoples responses. I'm sure he's been here long enough to know what can beat him and how fast his car is.
That' cool man, having fun screwing around in your car is the best.

yea usually it is the fwd cars. and that night both cars hooked very well. but yes i know a L98 would destroy me because i have driven my dads and its just rediculous. but its fun to mess around and have fun and not be so uptight like most people. even in the end if i end up losing its always fun. hopefully my headers and open element should make it even better probably not too much but whatever helps.

my grandmas V6 93 dodge spirit is an animal out the hole. it gets to 20-30 pretty quick! i dare say to 20 as fast as my L98 can go, since i cant floor the L98 on the street. but if i'm on ET streets, then its no contest LOL

Yeah. It is a misconception that goped's reach fast top speeds. The one's I've ridden are really fast up till about a little less than freeway speeds. Still fast as hell though.

Don't worry, I cry every time I see people's worst 60' times. I trapped at 106 and would watch guys in sting ray vettes and stuff trap at 104 with a 12.8 while I broke into the 13's with a 13.8 ONCE.

My 60s make me cry. The best I could do on ****ty nittos was 1.97.
I'm going to make the move to M/T ET streets in a slicks/skinnies setup.
The worst ive seen was phat89ta in his 02 WS6, I think it was a 3.6 and he ran a 15.5@104 lol
