Low 14s? The heads on our cars are really bad, and why don't you just port your plenum yourself? I did and my car definetly breathed a whole lot better. Don't bother porting your manifold, a new Weiand is like $150 bucks and will help you a lot more than your stock one. Your runners you may be able to do yourself, I'm not sure. Some people were complaining about the LT4 cam, while others had great results, I would ask about cam, if you get a cam get 1.6 Roller Rockers from Comp Cams or someone. LPE Headers? SLP is what I thought you said. SLP 1 5/8 headers are the best and get it w/o air. The engine compartment looks a lot nicer and all the air does is cool down your headers. You should get 3.42s after you get a cam, I run a modest 14.4 @ 94mph bone stock with my gears and all the free mods.

Yeah, i just got some used unported Accell high flow runners (ive seen impressive results from them) and the $250 for the LPE headers and y pipe, are now discontinued but they are used lingenfelter stainless steel 1 5/8" smog legal (im gonna cap them off with brass plugs but i have e check in 2 years so who knows) with a 3" stainless Y pipe.... i put like $20 for plenum for supplies and **** like that just to cover me..... the $200 for the heads is to port them out really good and put bigger valves and springs in (like big dans tech article is all about he dropped over a second from this mod!!!) I was hoping for mid 13's guys dang!

An AFPR would help greatly; boosts in psi means more horsepower (get more air too while you are at it). I would also get a custom PROM too. I had all my mods installed, but I had a non-custom PROM, so I got one made, and it works great! My engine just worked so much better.

would you be at all interested in using a power adder, like nitrous? or maybe, if the moneys available a supercharger? with simple bolt ons like those youll be well into the 13's if not possibly even high 12's if you make a good run. don't forget tires though, and a good ring and pinion couldnt hurt.

Yeah, im saying if that stuff is tuned right.... low 13's cause thats a bad @$$ exhaust, bad @$$ intake, good fuel pressure, decent heads, and a decent high reving 305, backed by a borg warner 5 speed with a pimp driving it ..... = low 13's.... then a 100 HP nitrous shot will maybe low 12's and that cool with my Viper range then my 305 will be busted and comes a new ZZ4 350 with some twisted wedge heads or something! now im a viper killer.... now i need to go take out a loan

yeah, well to tell you the truth, even though NOS reccomends you only juice 100 HP on the 305, l tried spraying 150 on it, and I've gone through 15-20 bottles of it, stock internals, and stock bottom end 305. that should give you a serious edge.
