fender vents ?

Nice car I always liked that gen of Z28. I also always wondered if those fender vents were real or just for show ? If real what did they do extract from the engine bay or the brakes ?

thx,
RP.

****, I don't think those doors are gonna fit under my hatch. Who's the pimp in the orange shirt? She's looking good Carm. Did you cut the springs? It looks lower.

Ah Place D'Orleans on a Wednesday you lucky bastards. Nice car though. Paul did you show at 10th line on the Monday or not? I got contacted just as I was leaving saying that the info was bad and my buddy and I met up with a guy who has a '99 Hawk vert and we were going to hit the Hooters in Bells Corners cruise but didn't get there in time. If you did I am really sorry. Maybe I'll catch up with you in August since I don't see me travelling for a while - my wife is due any day now but we will be taking the hawk next time we come home to Wednesday's Place show of course.

Cheers,
Robin

Sorry Palric,

I looked again this afternoon & noticed the whell-wells are underneath the vents.... so it vents into the engine bay!

I hope you have a big appetite Carm. By the way, the engine shop is coming monday to take my engine and build it all themselves. they have all of the clearance and machining tools needed. Looks like they may need a new block.
