12.3 @ 115 smokin the friggin tires man i couldn't hook for ***** on a bun. Loads of fun but theres lots more in her. Some poor dude put his 9 second 68 Maro into the wall.... at speed. He was loose after the 1/8th and everyone was complaining about shitty track conditions. Had fun but definitely have to try again on a warmer day.
Still it was loads of fun

Good deal Cam..that things got some power in it eh?
What new tires did you get?
I am sticking with drag radials all the time, unless it's a decent road trip.

Ya it has all kinds of pull just no bite. I'm looking at the slip now and it was a 12.34 with a 1.98 60' on brand new 275/40 Mickey Thomson ET streets. I tired messing with tire pressure, varied launch RPM, bogging it, easing it out, everything short of pedaling it and it really made bupkiss difference. I ran 12.4 all night just blazing through first gear and a good chuck of second.
I was pretty surprised that it did not hook harder I have good suspension. Spohn adjustable TQA cross member mounted. LCA brackets set to the lowest hole. I dropped the front sway bar off too.
I think the gear was really hurting me as well. I built this car to be potent around road courses not drag strips so I chose 3.73 which is about perfect for driving but... I was BARELY hitting fourth through the traps. Some 410's would help the launch and get me through the traps in fourth at power.
I want to see that 11 so bad I might just do a gear swap but regardless I need to go on a Saturday when the track is prepped and there is some heat in the asphalt.

Re: TMP next Wednesday!
I went back Sunday and ran a bunch of 12.7's in the heat again blowing off or bogging I finally found a combination that worked.
I swapped out the rear springs to give me more LCA angle ( I already had the relo brackets maxed out ) and dropped the tire pressure to 15psi and launched at 6K RPM and cut a 1.69 60' and made a 12.22 @ 113 MPH
I tried again at 7K and smoked em for 60' with a 1.89 60' but still managed a 12.22 again @114 MPH so if I could get that launch to hook I'd be golden... 7K hehehe gotta love that. Anyways..
So now if I can keep her hooking and get back out on a cooler night/day I think an 11 is within reach.
One of my first passes yesterday when i blew off the tires I hit an all time high 117 MPH. It heated up pretty good as the day wore on and my trap speeds slowed all day even when i was running the same 12.7's
Biggest factor for me was long looooong burnouts and low tire pressure combined with easing out the clutch and rolling on the throttle.
