Seeking confirmation....
Now that it is time to actually go and order parts, I am getting an uneasy feeling and want confirmation from you all to make me feel better. If anything makes bells or whistles go off let me know.
I already ordered a ZZ4 crate motor. I am looking for a 94-97 T56 to buy and will buy it when i find it.
This is where I am looking for confirmation... I figure I still need:
-Edelbrock Base
-SLP Runners
-Accell universal 24# injectors
-Tuned Port Gasket Set
-LT1 Starter
-T56 crossmember
-Speed Decoder box
-Manual shifter plate
-Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
All of that is fully compatible and comes reccommended, yes?
Your help is greatly appreciated, I know this is long, thanx for bearing with me.

Please... even a yes or no will do on whether they all work together or not. If anything, suggest what pieces you would use... thanx:lala:

Thanks for the input... I have done countless hours of research on this topic.
TPI_roc hits the nail right on the head.
Corvette L98: 10:1 compression, aluminum L98 heads, L98 cam
ZZ4 crate: 10:1 compression, aluminum L98 heads, ZZ4 cam (slightly hotter than L98 cam)
The reason why I will not get a stealth ram is because I need to pass emissions, which is the same reason why I am getting the ZZ4 in the first place. The ZZ4 is an L98 vette motor with a ZZ4 cam basically, so I will pass emissions. With a stealth ram i will not. Like I said, if I did not have to pass NJ emissions, I would have had a 10.5:1 383 built!
Thanks again.

I would get an Acell base or a TPIS base over the edlebrock. Mostly cause the edlebrock (or so I've been told) was design to mate up to stock runners. As where the Acell and TPIS bases are designed to meet up wtih aftermarket runners.

I have the Edelbrock base with my SuperRam and I haven't had ANY problems.
I can't see how the stock runners would create problems - anything is possible tho . . .
