fuel lines/fuel rail question
are there any aftermartket fuel rails or any other way to get rid of the ugly fuel lines that go into, and on top of, the fuel rails. I'd like to run a braided line right into th fuel rail if it's at all possible. Seeing as how I didn't find anything on the search I did, I don't see it happening. I know about the adapters you can add at the end of the stock lines for a braided fuel line, but that isn't enough. I hope thats not my only option.Does anyone have a pic with the adapters and braided lines installed. I know I've seen pics on here at one time, but can't find them. Thanks in advance for any help or info

I am pretty sure it can be done. Never seen it in person, but i have seen pictures / heard stories of cutting the ends off the factory rails, drilling them out and sealing them, which at the same time you put whatever fittings you want on there. Seems simple enough that i believe it's true.

this comming week end I should be putting this thing together finally. I started this thread a couple months back and have yet to come up with any ideas since then. I was just hoping someone who has any other ideas would see this and help me out. Maybe someone knows a "trick", like using 5.0 rails turned backwards on an LS1. Does anyone know of any other rails that may work? I really hate those ugly fuel feed/return line fittings. As always, thanks in advance for any help!
MSD sells custom FI rails, hoses and fittings, maybe they will have what you are looking for.

do you know what parts are needed to do that? That's exactly what I've been looking for!!!!!!!!:hail: Everything is going to be a tight fit in the front of my engine compartment anyhow, and I know fuel lines don't take up too much space, but it'll look less cluttered with them in the back like that. Thanks for the help so far guys.

Just get a plug the right thread size for the front part, and an AN fitting for the rear that's the proper threads.

does the fuel line going into the front passenger side just twist out from the rail? I'm sitting here looking at it, and thought i'd ask before i tried. If I am stuck using them, I didn't want to mess them up
