maybe high 13's until you get a stall, and do some porting on your tpi. You need to get a stall in there, and the tpi is very restrictive until you port the runners, plenum, and yes, even the SD base. Your heads will flow pretty well, but you need to do a few things yet.

A stock 305 TPI can NOT do high 13s, friend.
High 14's, maybe.
YOu may indeed have a decent cam & head combo... but the stock TPI will kill that right off. On the upside, when you do anything at all to free up CFM in the TPI you will gain tenths in leaps and bounds! In other words, all you need to do is pay a little attention to the intake now.

I think you are selling the combo short with high 13s if there's good traction and all things are in tune. I can see LOW 13s easy there. My stock L98 went 13.58 with 3.73s BFG d/r and a 2200 converter. It will make gobs of torque so traction is key for your setup.
Good luck,

You can't really bench race here. A 350 is starved for air with an LTR setup. The Scoggin-Dickey base may flow a little better than stock, but the rest of his intake will not. If a 350 is starved, what do you think would happen with a 383? He will run a decent time when the rest of his intake is upgraded. But, if you want me to blow smoke, I can tell you that you have a 12 second ride, eventually.... just port your intake, runners, plenum, and get some headers, and then like another guy pointed out, your et will start to drop dramatically. Ultimately, everybody's car is different than the next guy's, and you can't just say that you'll run 12's or 13.0's, generically. As always, best of luck with all your hot rodding ventures.

Fast cars are all about synergy. You can't just do something and expect the car to be a champ. You need to incorporate a system that will work together, and that's why you have to do the whole intake and not just one part of it.

I like your setup and i hope the best for you. But what D Stroy and Gixxxer are trying to tell you is that no matter how healthy someone is if there trying to breath through a 1/2 inch pvc pipe while running a 100meter dash then there gona suffocate and there performance is gonna suck. If you give them a 1inch pvc there performance is gonna be better and so forth. Dont flame on the analogy! But like i said good luck and i envy you setup.
