I know someone selling a complete TPI intake setup off a 92 Camaro with distributor and computer. No wiring harness. He wants around $500 bucks for it. The intake setup looks like brand new. Is this a good price or not?? If not what do you guys think it's worth??

I forgot to mention that it has K&N filter which won't be of any use with stock filter setup, polished fuel rails, polished thermostat housing, new gaskets, and a new fuel pump. Is 500 still asking too much??

This swap wont be cheap. You'll need a harness. New, they are 295 dollars. ECM from ebay $100. Distributor, new $100. Fuel pump new is about $100 (IN TANK GM). If runners have dings in them I would say $200-250 for the setup (runners, plenum, rails and intake). Buying the intake without prior examination is tricky because there tends to be some pitting in key areas (usually). I would go the stealthram way myself but if you really want the tpi setup I hope I helped a little. It will work fine on your 305. The tpi setups arent worth much anymore because of the popularity and price of a stealthram system (500 dollars complete). Also, my price quotes are estimates for the tpi stuff. Shop around.
